Maxie stood closer to the door, looking towards it. "That was not the way to make me feel comfortable!" He shook his head. "It made me feel taken advantage of... that I married you and I owed you something for it."

He leaned back onto the door. Edmond was different than Archie... but those moments in the bedroom reminded him far too much of the Team Aqua leader.
